As President of Oppenheim Insurance Brokers, Inc., Mr. Jim Oppenheim has 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and is an expert in worker's compensation, employer practices and property and casualty lines of insurance. He has served as Senior Vice President of Frenkel of California, Inc. and was a memebr of the Board of Directors' for Commerce National Bank.
Mr. Oppenheim completed the development of "Compensation Control", a broker-based management system for monitoring worker's compensation claims in 1991 and "Comtrac, an employer-based management system for reporting worker's compensation claims to brokers, carriers, medical providers and attorneys in 1993. Responding to his client's needs to more effectively manage and comply with state and federal laws with respect to personnel and human resources issues, Employer Plus was brought to market in 1995
OPPCOM Systems was initially designed by Mr. Oppenheim in 1994. In 2002 he brought OPPCOM Systems to the internet. OPPCOM Systems is a first time approach that creates quality control and accountability in worker's compensation.
